Realizing more active and broader range of services with integrated three respective channels

Virtems Corporation (KRP Chudoji Awata-cho Shimogyo-ku Kyoto Japan, President: Yasufumi Horikawa), Hyper Dyne Inc. Shinagawa-ku Tokyo Japan, President: Akira Kawasaki), and System Site Corp. (Kawagoe-shi Saitama Japan, President: Takaaki Saito) have agreed to form an alliance on Monday May 4th in 2002.

These three companies have been providing various services in the field of computer technologies. Each company has its own specialty within the field. We strongly believe the integration of three respective specialties will contribute to create a new synergism that enables us to build up far more comprehensive business planning and ordering system to meet greater needs.

The business outlines of the three are following.

• Virtems Corporation provides solutions to localize any documents mainly from English to Japanese through translation, system engineering and desktop publishing.
• Hyper Dyne Inc. publishes books, manuals, and brochures of computers. The company serves to create CD-ROM for commercial use, and to develop network and data base system as well.
• System Site Corp. supports companies to run computer related educational systems, and to set up countermeasures for computer virus. The company provides consulting service on security problems related to corporate network system, and manages the forums held on commercial networks as well.

This alliance will enables us to arrange more comprehensive services such as development of networking system with consulting, translation, creation of high-definition documents, and whole set of commercial publication service as a business team.
